Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Supervise administrative staff, scheduling, and office workflow
Handle patient intake, insurance verifications, and billing coordination
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, EMR systems, and company policies
Monitor financial transactions, budgeting, and vendor management
Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
Maintain provider scheduling and operational logistics
Assist with marketing and community outreach efforts to expand the practice
Coordinate with healthcare providers and clinical teams to enhance patient experience
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare office management or administration
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Knowledge of medical billing, credentialing, and insurance processes is a plus
Proficiency in EMR systems and healthcare compliance standards
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
Ability to implement and improve office procedures for operational efficiency
