Duties
- Perform laboratory experiments using techniques such as PCR, Western blot, and cell culture
- Develop and optimize assays for various research projects
- Conduct transfection experiments and analyze results
- Isolate DNA and perform flow cytometry analysis
- Collaborate with the research team to design and execute experiments
- Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and results
Skills
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques including PCR, Western blot, cell culture, and DNA isolation
- Experience with data analysis using Python or similar software
- Knowledge of biotechnology principles and applications
- Ability to perform transfection experiments and flow cytometry analysis
