What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian (Night shift) position at Alinco IT?
OBJECTIVE:
Picking up trash, sweeping and mopping, cleaning equipment, stocking bathroom with supplies, cleaning windows, repairing and maintenance work, maintaining outer premises clean and neat, utilizing insecticides for preventing infestation, reporting damage and repair issues to upper management, and undertaking occasional custodian tasks.
Requirements expected for this position include – knowledge of using and maintaining commercial and residential cleaning equipment, knowledge of safe disposals, a thorough understanding of chemical liquids and hazardous components, familiarity with handyman practice and basic landscaping, and a very good level of physical fitness. A high school diploma is preferred for this role though not considered as a mandatory requisite.
