What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Compliance Analyst (Remote) position at Alinco IT?
Key Responsibilities:
- Privacy Audits: Gather information to help team complete privacy audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Process Management: Partner with internal colleagues to ensure all procedures are sequenced in the team’s workflow. Partner with Sr. Director of Website Compliance to develop and deliver training programs to educate team on privacy and compliance requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and incidents. Propose storage structure of documentation for easy access and audit readiness.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on compliance and privacy issues to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2-4 years of Industry experience doing exact role in website compliance, privacy, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of privacy laws and regulations, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
