We’re looking for a Director of Solutions Consultant to support both our mission and our exciting growth. Specifically, the Dir. Of SC’s is directly responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and supporting the SC function critical to sales process execution.
The Director of SC’s will be responsible for the SC Team while overseeing and participating in analyzing and advising prospect and clients alike, driving new and additional business for Aline. More specifically, they will be responsible for uncovering executive and user-level goals and challenges and then presenting strategic and in-depth product demonstrations that create ROI and value.
In addition, as the Director, responsibilities will include recruiting and onboarding of talent, internal and external sales process execution, software training and education of account executives, and acting as an expert software liaison between the sales and product management team internally, and our clients and prospects, externally around technical software capabilities.

Responsibilities
Manage the overall success of the software solutions consultants’ team
Attract, Onboard and Train new SCs.
Manage scheduling and utilization of the SC team.
Provide feedback and coaching through direct observation.
Manage the team budget including T and E and commissions.
Report and Analyze KPI’s associated with discovery and demonstrations in the sales process.
Act as an extension of the sales leadership team, developing and executing training and enablement tools for education.
Maintain an expert level of knowledge on Aline’s products and services.
Consult with prospects and customers to evaluate their current situation and determine critical business needs and process workflows.
Assist Account Executives / Client Account Executives in building a business case for operational impacts and financial ROI.
Respond to prospects’ and clients' technical needs and questions onsite, via phone, or written communication and/or in conjunction with the Account Executive / Client Executive
Assist in delivering Aline’s value proposition for multiple product lines to prospects via phone calls, technical presentations, product demonstrations and written communications.
Document prospects and customer needs uncovered in the sales process and relay information to Product Management and Marketing teams
Prepare and customize sales collateral and/or demos, particularly for strategic accounts.
Travel up to 50% as business dictates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3-5 years SaaS experience as a Solutions Consultant with financial business operations experience
2-4 Years of relevant leadership or management experience
High level of business acumen and proven track record, delivering results.
Experience in a B2B SaaS solution sales process, with multiple product lines
Ability to ask questions around difficult, complex concepts to a range of audiences and personas.
Outstanding communication skills verbal, written, and presentation skills with public speaking.
Professional-level knowledge of MS Products with the ability to translate abstract themes and workflows into visual presentations.
Highly organized with the ability to schedule internal and external meetings in a fast paced, growth-oriented team.
Familiarity with Senior Living or real estate business operations is a plus
Ability to negotiate in both challenging and collaborative environments.
