- Support forecasting and opportunity management by driving deal inspection, managing forecast cadences, and ensuring data hygiene to improve pipeline accuracy.
- Conduct win/loss analysis and monitor sales team productivity metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze and assess funnel KPI performance across marketing campaigns, conversion rates, lead scoring, pipeline health, and bookings to optimize sales efficiency.
- Track and monitor BDR and sales performance/activities against targets, providing proactive insights and recommendations to drive success.
- Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce to provide actionable insights for the sales organization.
- Create and refine leadership presentations and board materials with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations to ensure deal accuracy, validate revenue figures, and maintain pipeline integrity.
- Assist with contract entry and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with revenue policies and compliance standards.
- Support compensation tracking and analysis to ensure transparency.
- Oversee CRM data governance by managing data quality, performing audits, implementing updates, and enforcing hygiene best practices to maintain platform integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; relevant certifications or equivalent experience will be considered.
- 2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role within a SaaS or high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract key insights from complex data sets and present findings clearly, to drive decision-making
- Hands-on experience managing CRM data and enforcing governance best practices.
- Skilled at streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency.
- Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
- Effective collaborator across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
