Experienced with the generation and administration of government and/or corporate
multi-million-dollar multi-year contracts.
o Experience in contracting for Information Technology (IT) systems preferred.
Generates competitive solicitations for multi-year contracts using various solicitation
methods (e.g., Request for Proposal, Invitation to Bid, etc.).
Generates sole source contracts, as well as the documentation required to support
management approval to award a sole source contract.
Researches specific markets and industry developments to incorporate into contract
specifications.
Gathers and analyzes both internal and external information which are used to develop
specifications to support contract generation.
Solves common problems associated with contract management, including data analysis
and negotiations.
Conducts ongoing supplier and contract management to ensure supplier and
