How you will make an Impact – Your responsibilities include
Assist Director and Accounting Manager with onboarding new clients including participating during various onboarding meetings, updating onboarding checklists, prompt responses to client inquires, securing access to client documents etc.,
Complete assigned tasks for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual bookkeeping in timely manner,
Assist Accounting Manager in the preparation of periodic management and board packages,
Assist in tax compliance calculations and collaborate with tax department for timely tax filings,
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, dashboards, and other deliverables for the clients within the set deadlines,
Complete account reconciliations and various schedules per GAAP, Accrual and Cash basis,
Maintain keen attention to detail and ensure adherence to firm methodology and accounting principles,
Participate in special accounting projects assigned to support firm’s initiatives and client requests,
Support business development efforts by attending networking events and firm sponsored events.
