POSITION: SALESFORCE LEAD with CLOUDCRAZE

Roles & Responsibilities
- Contributes strategic vision and integrates a broad range of ideas regarding applications and software development. Presents, and communicates, and articulates technical processes effectively to all levels of the organization (including technical and non-technical audiences, Senior Leadership, VPs and the C-level executives).
- Undertakes highly complex applications development projects involving multiple disciplines & may impact multiple facets of the business.
- Develop enterprise-level information technology solutions by analyzing, coding, testing, and implementing new software and by modifying/enhancing existing software applications.
- Lead design/coding sessions, develop solutions, and implement solutions as part of a team.
- Performs complex analyses of system requirements and of existing business processes and information systems.
- Articulate design and resolve technical/design conflicts as they occur.
- Review systems under development and related documentation.
- Contribute to advanced systems planning, scheduling and implementation.
- Mentor and foster growth of peers and team members.
- Lead eCommerce implementations, utilizing Salesforce B2B Classic and/or B2B Lightning, providing both oversight and hands-on contributions to software design, development, and integration.
- Design and develop headless solution for eCommerce and work with technical teams for implementation of APIs
- Process flow and data flow for new implementations in eCommerce
- Integration patterns and sequencing considering SFDC best practices.
- Coordination with integration team and React team for dependencies or new APIs and structures.
- Independently lead the estimation effort for a project
- Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architecture.
- Resolve integration and interfacing issues between various back-end systems.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Assist Project Leadership conduct project risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Education: Bachelor s Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
- Experience: Ten (10) years of previous experience required (in addition to education requirement).
- Preferred: 5 Years of Experience in eCommerce Applications design and development.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in architecting ecommerce applications with CloudCraze
