Location: COLORADO, DENVER - Onsite

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Act as an L2/L3 support lead, troubleshooting API performance, latency, and security issue
  • Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and escalation for critical API issues.
  • Monitor Apigee API Gateway health, analytics, and logs to proactively prevent failures.
  • Work closely with development, DevOps, and cloud teams to improve API performance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks for support teams.
  • Lead a team of API support engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
  • Coordinate with Google Cloud Support for resolving Apigee platform-level issues.
  • Must be ready for 24*7 on-call support
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 6-10 years of experience in API support, preferably in Apigee or similar API Gateway.
  • Strong knowledge of Apigee policies, security, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience in log analysis using Splunk, ELK, or Apigee Edge Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud-based deployments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and automation for API support.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a support team.
