We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Server to join our team at Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate food and beverage orders, and maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Assist with food preparation and ensure presentation meets high standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure timely service
Requirements
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and special food preparations
- Wine knowledge and ability to make recommendations
- Able to work on site and stand, sit, walk, and move continuously for duration of shift
- Presentation of proof of identity and legal right to work in the United States post-offer and pre-employment
- Availability to accommodate varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
