Coordinator, Marketing – Full Time

Alisal, a luxury 10,500 private acre, working Ranch and Resort in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. This full-time regular position is responsible for five pillars of Marketing. 1)Website Management : Overseeing AlisalRanch, including seasonal updates, creating new packages and landing pages, writing regular blogs, and keeping event itineraries and talent information current. 2)PR and Influencer Relations : Coordinating PR and influencer stays by managing room bookings, crafting personalized itineraries, and ensuring VIP guests enjoy an exceptional experience. 3)Email Marketing Execution : Collaborating on email marketing schedules aligned with goals, overseeing email design and strategy, and managing implementation for impactful campaigns. 4)Marketing Collateral Design : Developing marketing materials such as event flyers, activity schedules, seasonal guides, and invitations for signature members and hotel guests. 5)Branding Support : Assisting with Ranch branding projects to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior marketing experience, ideally 2 years minimum.
• Computer literate (Web design, Canva, PPT, Publisher, Outlook, Microsoft, Excel).
• Desire to establish outstanding, authentic, and memorable interactions with internal and external guests.
• Integrity, dependability, and adaptability.
• Skilled at multi-tasking, heightened attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and organization.
• Commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull minimum 30 lbs.
• Able to work on site and to stand, sit, walk, and move continuously for duration of shift.
• Ability to work indoors, occasionally outdoors, and in varying temperatures.
