At Alisal Guest Ranch & Resort, we are seeking a skilled and attentive Server to join our team. This role involves taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. You will also assist with food preparation and ensure that all dishes meet the high standards of our culinary staff.
Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner. Collaboration with the culinary team is essential to ensure timely service and exceed guest expectations.
We require a strong knowledge of dietary restrictions and special food preparations. Additionally, you should have wine knowledge and be able to work on site for long periods while standing, sitting, walking, and moving continuously.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to present proof of identity and legal right to work in the United States. A flexible schedule is necessary, including weekends and holidays, with a competitive hourly rate of $50 per hour (plus service charge or gratuities).
