Server - Full Time Alisal, a luxury 10,500 private acre working Ranch and Resort in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Server to join our team. This full-time position entails greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner. Taking food and beverage orders accurately. Delivering orders to tables promptly and efficiently. Assisting with food preparation and ensuring presentation meets standards. Providing recommendations on menu items and specials. Describing all menu items and preparations articulately and enthusiastically. Handing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas. Collaborating with culinary staff to ensure timely service.

- Prior serving experience.
- CA RBS Training Certification.
- Desire to establish outstanding, authentic, and memorable interactions with internal and external guests.

- Skilled at multi-tasking, heightened attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and organization.
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and special food preparations.
- Wine knowledge.
- POS knowledge and experience.
- Graceful demeanor under pressure.
- Commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull minimum 50 lbs.
- Able to work on site and to stand, sit, walk, and move continuously for duration of shift.
- Ability to work outside, indoors, in varying temperatures.
- Must be able to present proof of identity and legal right to work in the United States post offer, pre-employment.
