The Founder of a new and exciting VC firm is searching for an Executive Assistant to join the team and make an impact. This small firm is experiencing dramatic growth, so an EA with prior experience in a fast-paced environment, having supported multiple executives and competing priorities, is a must. The Executive Assistant will support the Founder with managing schedules; prioritizing; fund management; working with entrepreneurs and portfolio companies; managing office operations and events; and helping to build the company’s presence. Qualified candidates will have the necessary prior experience; have strong writing and communication skills; a high level of professionalism; the ability to work well with people and juggle priorities; and will have an upbeat attitude no matter the situation.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 to 4 days in the San Francisco office, with a compensation of $130-140K.
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
