Job Summary:

Provides assistance to the Director of Outpatient Services in the ongoing operations of the Outpatient Services Program by implementation of policies and procedures, program handbooks. Provides coordination between Meadow’s intake, inpatient programs, Compliance Dept. & Business Office. Assist the Director of Outpatient Services in deployment of the program. To manage daily operations at Meadows Outpatient Center, ensuring efficiency with cost control, staffing ancillary support services to level of need with changes in enrollment. Provide exceptional client experience, efficient scheduling, compliance with safety standards, and effective leadership of support staff.

Essential Job Functions:

• Establishment of Performance Improvement activities within the program, providing reports as requested to the Director of Outpatient Services. Maintain a day-to-day focus by managing current systems and processes. Engage in cross-department collaboration through working closely with clinical teams, and corporate support functions to ensure seamless operations.
• Creation and maintenance of an operational handbook to include patient orientation to the program
• Collection and organization of data used in developing performance improvement plans as necessary.
• In conjunction with the Compliance Department, oversees the creation and maintenance of policies and procedures that are in compliance with company policy and State and Joint Commission regulations. Serve as the safety officer for the facility, and complete timely reporting in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Coordinator all Administrative activities and maintain the master calendar, including scheduling of all ancillary activities and therapies and provides daily supervision to the admin assistants, BHAs and NFB team.
• Coordinates with Intake Department to schedule admission assessments and as requested conducts admission assessments.
• Coordinates with the Business Office to ensure prompt and accurate posting of charges and collection of payments due, adhere to monthly operational budgets, and order supplies within approved limits.
• Ensures 100% completion of onboarding within 30 days of new hires and timely completion of ongoing trainings, clinical oversight forms, and timecards.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in business or behavioral health field preferred
• Minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare management, behavioral health field preferred.
