Position Summary:
Development and implementation of the business development plans for all Meadows programs including sales, market analysis, competitive analysis and development to help staff grow admission performance Development and execution of Customer Service and Engagement processes. Management of Sales Staff adoption and use of technology to ensure that data supports decisions. Quarterly review of individual and team performance against budget objectives.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Develop Quarterly and Annual sales plans, strategies, and tactics for the business to enhance the Company’s competitive position and meet customer needs, aligning with the Company’s sales and business plans
- Onboard and train new hires
- Quarterly field rides and assessment of deployment
- Provides regular updates, revisions, and modifications to the plan to leadership
- Coordinates the specific objectives of sales plans
- Provides input into corporate strategic planning, product/service extensions, new market expansion, and acquisition opportunities.
- Builds and fosters internal relationships with leadership and operators
- Evaluates market/customer trends and adjusts plans and strategies to maintain and expand opportunities for referral, admissions, and revenue growth.
Market Knowledge:
- Maintain current awareness of changes in the industry through self-education, peer education, and professional and community involvement for the betterment of the Company
Department Management:
- Coordinate with Business Development staff the development and implementation of the quarterly plans as well as territory management tactics to ensure that they follow the directive of contacts within their major metropolitan areas of each state for which they are responsible.
- Ensure that each Business Development Liaison meets assigned activity and admission goals / objectives.
- Executes the sales plan to meet the objectives of the Company’s overall business plan and strategy, including budgeted revenue goals.
- Recruits, directs, and develops all sales staff personnel including coaching and mentoring at least once per month for sales team both individually and as a team.
- Defines and manages the monthly and annual referral volume, and channel and objectives for Business Development staff.
- Proactively directs, monitors, appraises, and reports on issues affecting the business, including pricing, competitive pressures, talent, market/industry movements and other business and/or customer challenges that impact performance.
- Monitors the reporting and appraises the results of each authorized sales program against planned objectives and budget.
- Ensures that development and maintenance of databases of current and potential referral sources as well as an alumni database.
Customer Service:
- Maintains liaison activities between business development and all other departments. Relays individual / programmatic needs to the Clinical staff / Administration.
- Ensure Business Development reps continue to develop, foster and expand relationships with patient referral sources.
Education/Workshops:
- Develops and promotes education and marketing seminars, lectures, workshops, and on-line activities.
Budget Management:
- Actively participate in strategic and budget development as required Operates within budgetary staffing and expense guidelines.

Qualifications
Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the areas of sales and marketing management. Demonstrates skill in strategic management, sales leadership, managing teams and data analytics.
