Your role, your impact

As an Oracle EPM EPBCS Planning principal consultant, healthcare, you will play a key role in contributing to Alithya’s unique intellectual property in healthcare. You will provide domain and functional expertise, assist with Oracle EPM implementations, and support EPM sales cycles from a technical perspective. Additionally, you will act as a technical lead on healthcare EPM projects.

Client calls may fall outside of normal working hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) due to client time zones. Travel to client sites may be required up to 10% of the time.

Your day-to-day

• Contribute to aligning business processes to EPM needs, as well as breaking down EPM content for healthcare business users and leaders;
• Participate in testing around healthcare functional processes;
• Help outline reporting needs and ensure team members follow technical leading practices;
• Work with clients and delivery teams on fit-gap design principles and content configuration;
• Support the development of Alithya healthcare solutions;
• Provide technical insights for healthcare presales, including the development of estimates;
• Assist in writing and publishing a technical blog or white paper focused on healthcare-related implementation topics each quarter;
• Create and implement technical standards for healthcare planning implementations and other operational accelerators.
  
  

Keys to your success

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), or relevant experience;
• Hyperion/Oracle on premises and cloud planning implementation experience;
• Expertise in business processes related to operational planning;
• Proven ability to use fit-gap design principles to facilitate the reuse of existing solutions;
• Strong team player with leadership qualities and the ability to work independently and be accountable for results;
• Demonstrated success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;
• Excellent client-facing, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate solutions to non-technical audiences.
