Qualifications and Requirements:

Current Licensure as a registered nurse or practical nurse in the state of Florida
Current State of Florida driver’s license with driving record acceptable to Alivia Care insurance carrier, and reliable transportation
Current Auto Insurance coverage
Current CPR certification
Level II ACHA (Agency for Healthcare Administration Background Screening
Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
RN positions require OASIS documentation experience.
