Job Description

The Client Technology Operations Support Senior Specialist supports the Client Technology Operations & Data Services business. This position is a key member of the team, responsible for day-to-day operational and technical support in systems platform operations across all data center environments and offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote engineering and support for Client Technology Operations & Data Services, including managing servers, systems monitoring, data replication, and specialized software applications for AlixPartners business units.
• Participate in the design, configuration, build, implementation, and maintenance of computer servers, operating systems, related hardware, and peripherals, and specific application software.
• Maintain the integrity of the servers, applications, and databases upon which the business unit relies for uninterrupted business operations.

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years' experience supporting computer networks and systems, including broad knowledge of security, applications, and infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, or a mix of education and work experience demonstrating superior skills and accomplishments.
• Certifications: A , Network , HDI, ITIL preferred.
