Director of Customer Experience Duties :
Concerns Forms- Initiated by Customer Service - Follow-up for resolutions.
Tours -in collaboration with Admissions
New Admission Room preparation (Room Readiness Checklist)
Welcome and support Hospitality.
New Admission Greeting
Family arrival notification
New admissions follow up to reconnect every 24 hours for 3 days.
New admissions complete contracts within 72 hours of admission
New Resident Room rounds once a day (New Admission greeting
Regular Resident Room rounds once a day (Angel rounds / TLC rounds)
Intentional rounding twice a day on all floors (IDPH Safety guidelines)
Director of Customer Experience Qualifications :
2 years’ experience or more in customer service-related position
Must possess, as a minimum, a high-school diploma or its equivalent.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to be resourceful, tactful, and proactive in dealing with any issues that may arise.
