We are looking for a dedicated Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in selecting the right insurance policies to meet their needs, ensuring they receive proper coverage for their assets and loved ones.
Responsibilities
- Sell a variety of insurance policies to individuals and businesses.
- Assess client needs and provide personalized insurance recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and new insurance products.
Qualifications
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are a plus.
- No prior experience in insurance sales required (Entry-Level).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in customer service.
- Prior experience in outside sales is an advantage.
