About Us:
ALK GLOBAL SECURITY is a leading provider of security solutions, dedicated to ensuring safety and peace of mind for our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrator with dispatch knowledge to join our dynamic team. Hours are 7am to 3 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite to manage emails, calendars, and reports.
- Dispatch security personnel and coordinate schedules effectively.
- Prepare and maintain various reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist in administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration, preferably in a dispatch role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in the security industry is a plus.
This position requires a highly organized individual with strong administrative and communication skills

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
