Position Overview
We are seeking a Patrol Security Guard to oversee security patrol operations in Seattle, WA during the graveyard shift. The Patrol Security Guard will be responsible for managing on-site security officers, conducting patrols, ensuring contract compliance, and addressing any security concerns in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Address and de-escalate security issues and incidents in real-time
- Communicate with management and provide reports on patrol efficiency
- Ensure compliance with client contracts and company policies
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and property managers
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to respond quickly to incidents and make critical decisions under pressure
- Ability to move quickly in and out of patrol vehicles and across properties to conduct site checks as required by job duties
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Washington State Guard Card (or ability to obtain one)
- Must be available to work overnight (graveyard shift), including weekends and holidays
- Experience with incident reporting and security technology is a plus
