Job Title: Unarmed Security Guard / Admin
Location: Ridgefield, WA
Hourly Pay: $20 - $22 per hour

We are currently seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Unarmed Security Guard / Admin to join our team in Ridgefield, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the premises and ensure the safety and security of all property and personnel.
- Log and track truck information, ensuring the following details are accurately recorded for each truck:
- Truck number
- Driver's License (DL) number of the truck driver
- Truck trailer number
- ID tag on the back of the trailer lock
- Ensure that all recorded truck details match the corresponding paperwork.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of truck activity, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to drivers and visitors, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Respond to any security-related incidents or emergencies as needed.
- Ensure the premises are secure and free of unauthorized access.
- Assist with administrative duties as required, including reporting and filing.
Requirements:
- Must possess a current, active Washington State Guard Card.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to work as an unarmed security guard, maintaining a professional and alert presence at all times.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail, especially when logging truck information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior security or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
