Position Overview:

Alkami is hiring an experienced administrative professional that enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment to join our team. In this role, the Executive Administrative Partner (EAP) will provide dedicated support to the VPs in the Technology team while working closely with the Executive Administrative Partner and Chief of Staff to the CTO.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional multitasking skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This role is critical in ensuring the VPs’ productivity and fostering smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Executive Support:

  • ​​Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.

Travel and Expense Management:

  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Organize team meetings, off-sites, and company events, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.

Team Support:

  • Serve as a liaison between the VPs and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
  • Anticipate and address the needs of the executives and their teams to enable optimal productivity.

Ad Hoc Support:

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional and industry publications and establishing personal networks.
  • Partner with internal executive assistants and act as backup for others when needed.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with other duties as they are assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of professional administrative experience
  • 5 years of demonstrated background working with VP level executives
  • High attention to detail, high degree of urgency, a strong passion for excellence in work
  • Enjoys working with collaborative teams and transparent communicators
  • Ability to work in an environment that may require irregular or long working hours on occasion
  • Ability to pivot quickly in a very fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Google Workspace: (Mail, Docs, Sheets and Slides) and Slack
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience acting as an Executive Assistant at the VP level
  • Former financial technology industry experience highly preferred
  • Project management skills a plus
The salary range for this position is: $80,000 - $120,000
