Job Overview
The role is responsible for leading and developing a global finance team consisting of Business Unit FP&A Leaders, Plant Controllers and other site finance and accounting professionals across the BU global footprint of sites. Key accountabilities include
- Accurate and timely reporting of BU results.
- Driving enhanced forecasting and budgeting process and capabilities.
- Leading the strategic planning process from a finance standpoint within BU
- Partner with BU GM on M&A opportunities and participate in due diligence on bolt-on acquisitions.
- Execution of business plan and strategic plan.
This role requires a strong business partner to the BU GM, to analyse and predict financial results and develop strategies for driving EBITDA and mitigating risks. It also requires a people leader capable of building high performing teams globally. We are looking for a high potential individual to fill this high visibility finance role within ISC and Alkegen.

- Develop financial process and analytical capabilities within the finance team, to achieve short term execution and long term strategic improvement and growth.

Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Management or related field required, MBA preferred.
5 years of related experience in a global, multi-site leadership role, preferably in manufacturing. 10 years of total experience in a finance / accounting capacity, with P&L leadership.
- Track record of building and leading global teams.
- Experience of prioritizing capital investments and establishing an annual business / strategic plan
- Strategic leader but willing to roll-up sleeves when necessary.
- Business acumen to evaluate and drive business and financial metrics
- Experience evaluating and integrating M&A targets preferred.
