• Job Description:
• The Senior Development Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of R&D, this role is responsible for leading a product development to support the development of Wetlaid solutions for several distinct market applications. They will be instrumental in advancing the company's technological capabilities and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, meeting both technical and commercial objectives.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of R&D professionals focused on the wetlaid science, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Drive R&D efforts in wetlaid , leading projects from concept through commercialization, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Manage the execution of trial work and product development, ensuring seamless handoff from R&D to production and commercialization.
• Proactively manage the process of transforming theoretical and practical research findings into patentable technologies and applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate project progress and outcomes to the stakeholders.
• Ensure all R&D activities adhere to industry standards and company policies, with a focus on safety, product quality and reliability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
• Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum BS degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering. Master is a plus
• 3 years of working experience in related filed is desired
• Good Project Management skills
• Good team work skills and ability to lead a small team of development engineers
