Responsibilities : Primary interface for service management, vendor relationship management, and group operations activities such as SOX / GxP audits, budgets / forecasting, financial management, and business / systems initiatives including : governance of systems work within Enterprise Applications; development and project implementation of methodologies and tools; ensure tracking / reporting of performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs, backlogs); escalation point for critical support incidents; lead critical response activities; cross functional audit & compliance activities; ensure documentation and SOP standards are met; cross functional budgeting, forecasting, accruals and other financial processes for Enterprise Applications; support vendor management activities across Enterprise Applications. Compliance with global IT standards, policies and methodologies for Enterprise Applications.
Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- and six years of experience in the job offered or six years of experience with Enterprise Applications. Experience must include six years each of the following : managing relationships with business process owners; developing plans to address functional gaps, mapping current and future state business processes, and designing and implementing process driven solutions; providing input into future functionality, implementation methodology and customization standards; gathering requirements from key end users and translating them into system design; and participating in project planning and management. Experience may be gained concurrently.
- In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, will accept two years of experience ensuring compliance with global IT standards, policies and methodologies.
