- Provide technical leadership in designing and executing lab-based experiments to develop small molecule formulations across various stages.
- Support strategic planning and meet project deliverables within timelines, incorporating both immediate and long-term goals.
- Collaborate effectively within a team-based environment, fostering diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Maintain and enhance scientific / technical knowledge, champion ideas for new projects, and serve as a role model within the scientific / technical community.
- Utilize creative scientific skills and demonstrate mastery of materials understanding and drug product unit operations.
- Emphasize the importance of collaboration for project success.
