Job Summary :
Alkhemical CE LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of our production facility. This role is responsible for ensuring that the building, equipment, and grounds are properly maintained while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has experience in facility management, maintenance operations, and industrial compliance.

Key Responsibilities :
Facility Operations & Maintenance
Oversee the daily maintenance and functionality of the facility, including equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural integrity.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime.
Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and inspections.
Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills.
Maintain records of maintenance, safety checks, and regulatory compliance reports.
Ensure all equipment is in safe working condition and all employees adhere to safety protocols.
Budgeting & Resource Management
Manage the facility’s budget for repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through efficient resource allocation.
Track utility usage and operational costs to optimize efficiency.
Security & Emergency Response
Oversee security measures to protect company assets and ensure controlled access to restricted areas.
Develop and implement emergency response and disaster recovery plans.
Coordinate with local authorities and emergency response teams when necessary.
Equipment & Inventory Management
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
Ensure proper storage and handling of hazardous materials.
Monitor machinery and production equipment performance, scheduling necessary repairs.
Qualifications & Requirements :
5 years of experience in facility management, industrial maintenance, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, GMP, EPA, and safety regulations.
Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and oversee repair projects.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Proficiency in facility management software and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or OSHA Safety Certification.
Experience managing industrial or manufacturing facilities.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and efficiency improvement methods.
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
