Starting Pay: $17 to $20 per hour, with the potential for a higher rate based on experience and qualifications.
- Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
- Delivery Coordination: Schedule, track, and confirm shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Order Fulfillment: Process incoming and outgoing orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Account Management: Maintain customer records, process payments, and track invoices.
- Inventory & Logistics Support: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate logs, update records, and generate reports.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, order-tracking software preferred).
- Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or order management is preferred but not required.
