Summary
As a Breakfast Attendant at ALKO Hotels, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable breakfast experience for our guests. This role is vital in upholding our commitment to hospitality excellence and ensuring that each guest starts their day with satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with hotel standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area and kitchen.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Set up and replenish breakfast buffet items throughout service hours.
- Maintain food safety standards and adhere to health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Handle cash register operations accurately when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
- Excellent guest relations skills to enhance the customer experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations is beneficial.
