About us
ALKO Hotels and the Comfort Suites University are currently hiring for a part time Night Auditor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Operate phone systems to answer calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Prepare reports summarizing daily activities and financial data
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive guest experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, handling inquiries, operating phone systems, processing payments, and balancing financial transactions.
