What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personnel Services Coordinator position at ALKU?
**On-site Requirements: Hybrid, 3 days per week in our Andover, MA office - must be willing to attend after work events with consultants periodically**
The primary focus of the Personnel Services Coordinator is to provide a superior level of customer service to external ALKU employees (consultants and field employees). The Personnel Services Coordinator acts as a liaison between external employees and internal teams. They will be responsible for various tasks that foster relationships and increase employee satisfaction to help differentiate ALKU from other staffing agencies.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with external employees
- Welcome call upon new project
- Handwritten appreciation letter
- Routine check in calls
- Meet predetermined relationship building metrics
- 50 dials per week
- 5 testimonials per year(Google, LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc.)
- Assist consultant through onboarding process and help ensure document accuracy and that user experience is as streamlined and positive as possible
- Audit timesheet and expense reports weekly
- Run weekly 'Active Work Order' meetings with each applicable revenue division and Personnel Services Onboarding Specialist
- Work closely with Personnel Engagement Coordinator driven initiatives
- Promote and generate excitement around events
- Participate in and travel to external employee 'Social Hours'
- Follow up on external employee RSVPS
- Contribute to quarterly newsletter as needed
- Assist with survey feedback
- Gain a basic knowledge of all corporate team functions in order to answer any other miscellaneous questions from external employees (Benefits, Billing, Finance, Payroll etc.
