Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative at All 1 Smart Homes, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission to promote energy solutions for homes and businesses. You will engage directly with customers and educate them about the benefits of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers.
• Provide comprehensive information on energy solutions, including product benefits, and savings.
• Build rapport with customers, address their questions and concerns, and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including contract signing, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth transition.
• Adhere to company policies and local regulations regarding sales practices and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and convey complex information clearly.
• Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve targets.
• Comfortable working in diverse neighborhoods and adapting sales strategies to different customer needs.
• Basic understanding of energy systems and technology is desirable; willingness to learn and stay updated on industry developments.
• Ability to manage time effectively, handle rejection gracefully, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
