We are looking for an experience and dependable leader to come join our team.

ALL FIRST ROUND INTERVIEWS held at our St. Leon Campus with the director so that you can get an idea about our vision and the day to day operations of All 4 Kids.

Must be capable of closing 1-2 days throughout the week (all closing is taken in turn along with other coworkers).

REQUIREMENTS FOR DIRECTOR POSITION:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or like field

2. Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education AND at least three years experience in the child care field.

**MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE

Clear Federal Fingerprints

Clean State Criminal Background Checks

Health Screening

Clear Drug Screening

TB tested

Certified in Adult/Child/Infant CPR, First Aid, Universal Precautions, AED (or willingness to complete)

20 hours of professional trainings annually (online or in person)

Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 6:00am-6:00pm

Schedule dependent on availability and needs of the center - directors are responsible for being available to early drop-off parents /late-pick up parents as well as. Schedule will reflect opening two days per week and closing two days per week in order to be accessible to families.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Open for negotiation based on your experience, education level, or willingness to further one's education.

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

DUTIES
Oversee the daily operations of the campus, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Implement educational programs that promote learning and development in accordance with state regulations. Manage a team of teachers and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or questions and maintain open lines of communication. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student enrollment, attendance, and progress. Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and regulations.
