- Previous experience working with infants in a preschool or childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of infant development, safety guidelines, and best practices in infant care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with infants and their parents.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
