All About ABA, LLC is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Clinical Director to oversee our clinical operations in all of our operative states. As a Clinical Director, you will lead a team of BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians while ensuring that high-quality evidence-based practices are consistently delivered to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, supervision, and support to a team of BCBAs and RBTs, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Ensure all staff are adhering to best practices and ethical standards in ABA therapy.
- Conduct regular audits of clinical practices and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and facilitate trainings and workshops to improve clinical skills and knowledge across the organization.
- Drive clinical outcomes by developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and goals.
- Serve as a mentor and support resource for BCBAs in the region, guiding them through challenges and enhancing their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in the field of ABA, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, ethics, and best practices.
- Proven ability to lead a team, foster collaboration, and manage conflict effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, clients, and families.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data analysis and outcome measurement in an ABA context.
Essential Duties:
- Oversee clinical operations for regional teams, ensuring quality and consistency in service delivery.
- Provide regular feedback and support to BCBAs and RBTs to promote quality improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish goals and objectives that align with company strategies.
- Monitor service delivery metrics to evaluate and improve clinical outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between families, clients, and the organization, promoting client satisfaction and positive outcomes.
- Mentorship for newer BCBA's and continued management of current BCBAs caseloads

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
