What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at All About Care?
Looking for a dependable, caring, organized, detail oriented and energetic individual for a fast paced home health agency. Responsibilities include scheduling, staffing, scanning, filing, orientation of new hires, monthly reports, light office cleaning,managing employees, taking messages and assisting with scheduling client assessments. Will be required to assist clients when caregivers call off with no notice at office managers discretion. For applicants with no previous home health management or waiver experience starting pay of $12/hr with possibility of raise after six months according to job perfromance! There will be a six month probation period! Possibility of higher starting pay for those with 5 plus years home health management experience with ADW waiver and/or VA respite program experience. Must be able to pass background test and have valid drivers license.Will be required to work for clients in their home occasionally if they havent had a caregiver for a few days or if a caregiver calls off and client has a medical appointment or needs medications or groceries picked up. Will be required to conduct training classes during orientation of new caregivers.
