3, 12-hour shifts

- Case located in Fridley, MN
- 16-year-old Male
- Acute Respiratory Failure
- CP - Spastic Quad
- Developmental Disorder of speech/language Non-Verbal - uses some sign language and points
- Looking for 2 RN/LPN NOC Nurses
- Salary: $27.00 - $36.35 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Provide wound care and ensure proper healing
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention
- Implement aseptic techniques to prevent infection transmission
- Manage infectious disease care effectively
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and interpretation
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients in a home setting
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers efficiently
