We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values. We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 9-year-old client in their home. We welcome new grads and will train! We have several clients in the Twin Cities area.

Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to client
- Help maintain patients' treatment plan
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and/or behaviors
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and support to patients and their family members
Qualifications:
- Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients
- RN or LPN Minnesota License
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Salary:
$27.00 - $36.35 per hour

No Experience Necessary - We will train you so that you and the client are confident and comfortable.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
