Assistant Manager
This is a position that carries a great deal of broad responsibility for ensuring the highest quality client service and patient care at the practice. You will help to oversee other staff to ensure an exceptional client experience. Skill assessment may be required.
Essential Job Function
- Excellent customer service skills and personal presentation are critical to this role.
- You will work closely with the manager to ensure smooth practice processes and troubleshoot patient issues.
- Experience in optical practice operations
- Experience in optical sales
- Advanced understanding of optics, eyewear, and fashion trends
- Patient scheduling
- Creating a positive atmosphere for patients and team members
- Mentoring and coaching others
- The ideal candidate will have 1 years of experience
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Coachable - open to feedback and continual improvement
- Flexible and adaptable
