We have over 300 units, a combination of apartment, live-work buildings, duplexes, and single-family homes spread out over 5 developments to be built over the next few years. Position Overview

We are seeking an Site Superintendent to join our team. This role is integral to the success of our operations, and the ideal candidate will work closely with both the owner and leadership team. As an On-Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on-site, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship alongside the leadership team. You will be involved with every stage of construction, from start to finish.

This is not an office job, this position is not for everyone, and that’s okay—we are looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You will be actively engaged in the work on-site, not just managing others, but also performing key tasks including but not limited to floor prep, blue-taping, and a variety of very meticulous punch work items, and all quality control-related work, etc. Your day-to-day activities will require you to be both a leader and a doer—someone who can juggle multiple tasks and maintain a calm, positive attitude even under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and coordination of construction projects.
• Maintain high standards of work quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Build and nurture relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
• Problem-solving on the fly and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Floor prep, blue tape, punch work items, and QC work at every stage.
• Uphold our core values of competency, integrity, pride, and quality in all aspects of the job.
