Position Overview : We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting marketing initiatives with the development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns. This role requires a proactive, creative thinker with excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Coordination : Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, social media, and events.
Content Creation : Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Social Media Management : Manage social media platforms by creating content, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
Market Research : Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to support campaign development and strategic decision-making.
Event Coordination : Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, trade shows, or product launches, ensuring smooth execution and measurable outcomes.
Data Analysis : Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities, providing actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
Vendor Relations : Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing efforts and ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
Administrative Support : Assist with scheduling meetings, managing marketing calendars, and handling day-to-day department administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in marketing, with a focus on campaign coordination, content creation, or social media management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).
Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
