Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Support children by providing individualized attention and adapting activities to ensure inclusivity.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages communication, collaboration, and respect among students.
- Engage children in literacy education activities to promote reading and writing skills.
- Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and transitions to ensure safety and well-being.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom space conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience or training in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
