Summary
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing facilities through your expertise in industrial maintenance and mechanical knowledge. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your core responsibilities will include troubleshooting and repairing equipment, interpreting schematics, and performing routine maintenance. Additionally, your relevant experience with electrical systems and customer service will support our commitment to excellence and safety in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating on daily, weekly, and monthly PM schedules.
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing components, such as bearings, conveyors, motors, pumps, and more.
- Maintaining and ensuring continuous operation of specialized, fully-automated production lines.
- Troubleshooting complex industrial systems, including PLCs and drives.
- Working within safety policies, to include GFSI, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP.
- Completing daily, detailed shift report.
- Training / mentoring new employees and technicians.
Requirements:
- 5 years related experience in industrial maintenance
- Positive, team-oriented spirit
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on attitude with an interest in challenging work
