• CMA / RMA Requirements :
• Experience :
• 1-3 years of related work experience.
• Education Requirements :
• Diploma in Medical Assisting
• Licenses / Certifications required :
• National certification in Medical Assisting from an approved organization OR Certificate / Diploma and Transcripts from an accredited Medical Assistant program with hands on externship completed and passed. Total online courses are not acceptable.
• Skills required :
• taking vital signs, blood draws, medical terminology, relative experience, fast-paced office experience
• Skills that would be a plus :
• EPIC experience, active BLS, active CPR
• Must pass a background check / / medical test / / skill test / / drug test
• CMA / RMA Responsibilities :
• Duties :
• Prepares treatment rooms and patients for examination, document in Electronic Medical Record system, take vital signs, perform EKGs, phlebotomy, perform on-site labs, process reference labs to off-site laboratory, give injections, and perform required quality tasks.

• Shifts vary | Typically 5x8s | Weekend Rotations
