All About Vibe is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join our creative team full-time. This

role requires a visionary who can craft engaging videos for social media ads, edit in-house content,

and transform user-generated content (UGC) into high-performing assets. The ideal candidate is

creative, visual, fast-paced, and thrives under pressure while delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, engaging videos tailored for social media ads across platforms like

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Edit in-house and UGC videos to align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Add special effects, graphics, music, and other elements to elevate video quality.
• Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to develop creative video concepts and

execute them efficiently.

• Organize, archive, and manage video assets for easy access and reuse.
• Analyze video performance metrics and audience engagement data to identify trends.
• Implement creative and technical adjustments to improve video performance based on analytics.
• Brainstorm and pitch innovative video ideas that align with marketing campaigns and brand voice.
• Work cross-functionally with content creators, designers, and marketing specialists.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a social media content creator with a portfolio showcasing social media ad campaigns and UGC edits.
• Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, including ad formats and audience preferences.
• Ability to analyze video performance data and make informed creative decisions.
• Exceptional storytelling and visual design skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
