We are seeking a Full-Time Scheduler for our Naugatuck office. This multifaceted role involves maintaining schedules to ensure consistent, quality home health care for our patients while adhering to DPH guidelines, MD orders, and insurance authorization. Key responsibilities include:

This role operates in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with remote work on Fridays.

We are seeking a Full-Time Scheduler for our Naugatuck office. This multifaceted role involves maintaining schedules to ensure consistent, quality home health care for our patients while adhering to DPH guidelines, MD orders, and insurance authorization. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing patient scheduling and compliance review
- Resolving scheduling compliance issues as a team
- Providing clerical support to nursing staff and clinical managers as needed
Qualifications
- Home care scheduling experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an office setting; medical/home care office experience is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills and phone etiquette
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient with computers and scanning; IT knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA and DPH guidelines related to scheduling
